Hassan Kamran Bashir (Managing Partner):
Hassan Kamran Bashir Advocate Supreme Court has an LL.M from Harvard Law School. He graduated in 2006 as a World Bank scholar. His areas of specialization are Taxation, WTO Laws, International Commercial Arbitration, Constitutional Law and International Law.
Kamran is a former Deputy Commissioner Income Tax belonging to the 23rd Common training Program(1994 Batch). His career spanning over thirteen years with FBR included various assignments as an Assistant Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax to make tax assessments of Corporate/non Corporate cases. He made income tax assessments of corporate entities (residents/non-residents) in major sectors such as Oil refining, Telecommunications, Textiles, Sugar, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals etc. Resigned from the service as Deputy Commissioner in 2009.Dividing his time between Islamabad and Lahore, he is advising the clients on issues pertaining to Taxation, Corporate Laws, WTO Laws, Arbitration and other Laws involving litigation, opinions and drafting, etc. for various judicial fora including Higher Courts. Kamran is a visiting faculty at Pakistan College of Law and University of Management Sciences.
He imparts education and training in Public International Law and Taxation to the LL.B and LL.M students. He rendered Consultancy Services for FAO regarding draft Federal & Provincial laws in 2015 & 2016. He was also World Bank’s Consultant regarding Punjab Revenue Authority Tax Litigation Book in 2016-2017. He is contributing for various dailies and journals. ”Kamran was also a resource person for the ” Contract Enforcement” for CAREC (the regional organization of 11 countries) recently concluded workshop at Urumqi, China in July, 2018. He is also Deputy Convenor of FPCCI Legal Affairs Committee.
Asim is an Advocate of High Court and part of Dejure since 2020. He has graduated from Pakistan College of Law. As a lawyer working in tax and civil law for half a decade, Asim has attained prudence and insights for litigation at various forums including but not limited to Civil Court, High Court and Tribunals.
CH.MUHAMMAD ALI
Advocate Supreme Court
Ch.Muhammad Ali Advocate Supreme Court leads the criminal and civil segment of the firm.Â
He has a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Government College Lahore and LL.B from University Law College, Lahore. He was junior of Mr.Munir Bhatti lead trial lawyer and has to his credit experience of more than 23 years. He has experience of appearing in many cases before the Trial Court, Tribunals, Higher Courts, and Apex Court of the Country. He along with his team strives hard for client satisfaction in terms of ensuring due diligence, expeditious completion of trials and other time consuming litigation to serve the interests of clients and pursuing the matters diligently in a highly professional manner.

NASRMINALLAH MIAN
Advocate High Court
Nasrminallah started with the Public sector as an Inland Revenue Service (IRS) officer with the 23rd Common Training Program (CTP) and now has a diverse and well-around experience portfolio of about 23 years that includes operational experience in the Federal Government, transnational ICT corporate and a leading international financial institution in various leading roles. He received his LLB from SM Law College, Karachi University. He also has a Master’s degree in Management from ANU, Australia and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Pakistan. He has a good understanding of the Industries that he has worked in and our business environment. He enjoys excellent collaborative linkages all around because of his knowledge and interpersonal skills. He has keen interest in governance and ICT and their linkages. He is a fitness enthusiast and likes to devote part of his time to volunteer work. Nasr is currently on leave from the firm.
Sikander Ali
Sikander Ali has seven years of experience in corporate taxation, as well as civil and criminal law. He has successfully represented clients before the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Commissioner Appeals, Appellate Tribunal, and various High Courts. At Dejure, he has contributed in resolution of complex tax matters and developed expertise in tax planning for both individuals and corporations. His approach emphasizes strategic tax solutions, compliance, and financial efficiency, ensuring clients receive the highest quality legal and advisory services
Asim Bin Majeed
Asim is an Advocate of High Court and part of Dejure since 2020. He has graduated from Pakistan College of Law. As a lawyer working in tax and civil law for half a decade, Asim has attained prudence and insights for litigation at various forums including but not limited to Civil Court, High Court and Tribunals.
Abdul Wakeel
Abdul Wakeel is an Advocate of High Court and practices in civil, criminal & tax matters at Rawalpindi High Court Bench and Civil Court. He has an LL.M from University of Management Technology(UMT), Lahore. He has ably assisted senior partner in a number of High Court cases at Rawalpindi Bench. He is part of the legal team since 2020.
Arshia Shoaib
Arshia has graduated from University of London with an LLB Hons degree. She has assisted prominent lawyers on matters of constitutional law, corporate and tax law and intellectual property since 2022. She joined De jure in February 2023. She is a member of FPCCI Legal Affairs Committee as well. Her key interest areas include constitutional law, taxation , corporate law and international law.
M . Fatehyab Kamran
Muhammad Fatehyab Kamran has done LLB(Hons) from University of London and Barrister-at-law from (Lincolns Inn). He has joined Dejure in November, 2024 and is assisting the senior Partner. He has a keen interest in constitutional and taxation matters. He is a member of FPCCI Legal Affairs Committee.
Mubeen Ali Husnain
Mobeen is an Advocate of High Court. He has done his LL.B(Hons) from International Islamic University, Islamabad and is practicing law since 2014. He has practised in Civil, Tax, Contracts and family law areas. He assists senior partner at Islamabad High Court and is a member of Dejure family since 2023.
