Hassan Kamran Bashir (Managing Partner):
is a distinguished Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, esteemed for his exceptional expertise in taxation, international law, and corporate affairs. With a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the prestigious Harvard Law School, where he was a World Bank scholar, Mr. Bashir brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. His training as a commissioned officer of 23rd Common Training Program and a extensive background in tax law, garnered from over 13 years of service with the Federal Board of Revenue, enables him to provide expert counsel to clients on complex tax matters, international trade laws, and corporate legal issues. As a seasoned lawyer, he has represented clients before various judicial forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals, and has also contributed to the development of laws and policies through his work with international organizations and government agencies.
He is also an adjunct faculty member at esteemed educational institutions of Lahore where he teaches Public International Law and Taxation to graduate level students pursuing for external degree programs affiliated with various European universities. As a visionary and a researcher, he has assisted planning and development sector and other policy making institutions. In 2015, 2016 he worked with Food and Agriculture Organizationteam for drafting Federal & Provincial laws He was also World Bank’s Consultant regarding Punjab Revenue Authority Tax Litigation Book in 2016-2017. He was also a resource person for the “Contract Enforcement” for CAREC (the regional organization of 11 countries) workshop at Urumqi, China in July, 2018. He is also Deputy Convenor of Fedration of PakistanCommerceChambersI Legal Affairs Committee.
CH.MUHAMMAD ALI
Advocate Supreme Court
leads the firm's criminal and civil practice. With over 23 years of experience, he has developed expertise in handling complex cases before Trial Courts, Tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court. A protégé of renowned lawyer Mr. Munir Bhatti, Mr. Ali's extensive experience is complemented by his academic background, holding a Master's degree in Political Science from Government College Lahore and LL.B from University Law College, Lahore. He and his team are dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, ensuring due diligence, and pursuing matters with professionalism and diligence.
NASRMINALLAH MIAN
Advocate High Court
started with the Public sector as an Inland Revenue Service (IRS) officer with the 23rd Common Training Program and now has a diverse and well-around experience portfolio of about 25 years that includes operational experience in the Federal Government, transnational ICT corporate and a leading international financial institution in various leading roles. He received his LL.B from SM Law College, Karachi University. He also has a Master’s degree in Management from ANU, Australia and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Pakistan. He has a good understanding of the Industries that he has worked in and our business environment. He enjoys excellent collaborative linkages all around because of his knowledge and interpersonal skills. He has keen interest in governance and ICT and their linkages. He is a fitness enthusiast and likes to devote part of his time to volunteer work. Nasr is currently on leave from the firm.
Sikander Ali
has seven years of experience in corporate taxation, as well as civil and criminal law. He has successfully represented clients before the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Commissioner Appeals, Appellate Tribunal, and various High Courts. At Dejure, he has contributed to the resolution of complex tax matters and developed expertise in tax planning for both individuals and corporations. His approach emphasizes strategic tax solutions, compliance, and financial efficiency, ensuring clients receive the highest quality legal and advisory services.
Asim Bin Majeed
Asim is an Advocate of High Court and part of Dejure since 2020. He has graduated from Pakistan College of Law. As a lawyer working in tax and civil law for half a decade, Asim has attained prudence and insights for litigation at various forums including but not limited to Civil Court, High Court and Tribunals.
Abdul Wakeel
is an Advocate of the High Court and practices in civil, criminal & tax matters at Rawalpindi High Court Bench and Civil Court. He has an LL.M. from the University of Management Technology (UMT), Lahore. He has ably assisted senior partner in several High Court cases at Rawalpindi Bench. He is part of the legal team since 2020.
Arshia Shoaib
Arshia has graduated from University of London with an LLB Hons degree. She has assisted prominent lawyers on matters of constitutional law, corporate and tax law and intellectual property since 2022. She joined De jure in February 2023. She is a member of FPCCI Legal Affairs Committee as well. Her key interest areas include constitutional law, taxation , corporate law and international law.
M . Fatehyab Kamran
has done LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and a Barrister at Law from (Lincolns Inn). He joined DeJure in November 2024 and is assisting the senior Partner. He has a keen interest in constitutional and taxation matters. He is a member of the FPCCI Legal Affairs Committee.
Mubeen Ali Husnain
Mobeen is an Advocate of High Court. He has done his LL.B(Hons) from International Islamic University, Islamabad and is practicing law since 2014. He has practised in Civil, Tax, Contracts and family law areas. He assists senior partner at Islamabad High Court and is a member of Dejure family since 2023.
